Felicia and Fusion Events is a company I didn’t know existed when I first began my own wedding planning, but I’m so glad I found them! My initial reason for choosing Fusion Events was the flexibility within their contract alongside the many vendors they have available to choose from for all your wedding needs under one umbrella. So, her vendors have all worked together before and truly do come together as one team to host an amazing event! Although a few of my vendors were external from Fusion Events, let me tell you they helped make our wedding as perfect as it could possibly be and worked SO well with our external vendors leading up to, and day of. The rentals were absolutely stunning, and their team worked quickly to set up our reception at our private residence. They even pulled off setting up a tent on the tennis court hours before our wedding due to last minute rain. What an amazing team! DJ Steven was such a fun and professional guy to work with on our music. He sent a questionnaire that was extremely easy to follow, and he was so flexible in any changes or additions we made to music and our schedule. A good event always needs a good MC, and DJ Steven is your guy for that! The music was perfect and clearly well-planned out, mixed well, and matched the energy of our guests the entire night! Pro-tip: use his photo booth as well! It was a great add on and our guests loved the self-use photo booth for the entire night! We used Felicia’s catering for our appetizers and desserts and they were not only delicious but stunning!! Also kudos to the service team for finding the bridal party during cocktail hour to give us snacks while we took pictures!! Felicia recommended all the apps and desserts served and she definitely knows what she’s talking about. My biggest regret is not doing a full dinner through Felicia, because again, the presentation and taste was better than expected so I can only imagine what a dinner through her would have been like. Her social media pages don’t lie in the presentation. Truly top-notch! The bar coordinator and staff were a dream to work with, friendly and fun day of, and made a menu that perfectly fit our specific wants and needs for our guest count. We are a large Marine family, and had 160 guests exactly at our reception, so lots of (heavy) drinkers! I was amazed by how Chrissy put together a menu and liquor count that would fit the average drinking per guest, and it was the perfect amount of alcohol for our open bar, drink preferences, and our budget! Felicia and her day of coordinator, Sharon, stepped up to the plate for the planning leading up to the day of - thinking of all the small things you might not consider as a bride, or in my case, my own planner. Then day of came along and they were so on top of every detail for that day. Our schedule was on time the entire day, and our reception flowed so smoothly. Sharon and Felicia were both go-getters from the beginning, and the passion they have for successful events was demonstrated on our big day. I truly had zero cares in the world, all thanks to them! Additional note that Felicia brought a photographer (with our permission), Tina Vonn, to capture some moments to help for the marketing of Fusion Events. Once again, another person at Fusion that I would recommend if you need a wedding photographer! Her work was outstanding and captured moments we didn’t expect to see. The social media reel she created for Fusion Events still captured so many sweet moments from our big day that I’ve watched so many times! Overall, Fusion Events is a group I would recommend over and over again. Even through the normal stresses of wedding planning, Felicia and her team know what they are doing. It’s clear from the very first phone call with Felicia. Her flexibility, ability to pivot with you and the vendors to problem solve, come up with alternatives where needed, match your budget, and still make your day so magical is a skill they certainly did not gain overnight. A team of experienced professionals! Cheers to you and your team Felicia, it was such a pleasure!

Nothing is quite as stressful as planning your own wedding, so finding help is essential: that’s where Fusion events came and saved the day. From the introduction to the in person walk through, I was blown away with how professional and prepared Felicia and her team were at every turn. It was clear from our many questions and concerns that this was not their first rodeo. Not only did they bring a positive attitude, but also the willingness to make sure that every detail we wanted was included in the final product. When you hire this team you are getting the full package. Felicia set us up with a DJ, florist, baker, and rental company, she would have put us in touch with a photographer if we did not already have one. Felicia quickly became one of the family, and never felt inconvenienced by our many phone calls and e-mails. She once told us she put together a wedding in just a week, and after working with her that wasn’t surprising in the slightest. This review would not do her justice if we didn’t talk about the INCREDIBLE MENU she put together: having half of the family coming from Italy, the food has been one of our biggest concerns since the very beginning, but Felicia was able to exceed any expectations. All our guests complimented the quality and the amazing taste of each dish. Our big day could have not be more perfect thanks to their amazing work. Fusion events will always be our first and only catering choice. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

When I first called Felicia at fusion events, I was on the verge of tears. I felt like there was no caterer that was tasty and within my budget — Felicia immediately set me at ease. She worked with me to make sure that she could provide me the food of my dreams and at a price I could afford. Everybody loved the food at my wedding and told me that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! Whenever I expressed I wanted more of something, all of her servers flocked to me with options. Everyone Felicia hires at fusion events is a kind, hardworking, talented person and I am very grateful for our experience and that I found her.

THE FUSION EVENTS TEAM IS OUTSTANDING! From intake through our wedding day, Felicia and her team have paid attention to detail, been flexible with our (frequently changing) requests, and delivered such a smooth experience for us. She was prompt in her responses, answered questions to help us plan for the event of a lifetime, and they are truly full-service: the team was professional, the food was amazing, and we did not need to worry about any finite details of handling rentals, food stations, dessert - they handled it so seamlessly. Again, the food was perfection, the customer service was excellent, and the price truly doesn’t compare to the level of quality that they provide. We 100% recommend!!!!
