From the moment Jose came by and discussed the details of the project we wanted to complete, I knew we could not go wrong. He was polite and well spoken, we discussed the issues we may have & the best way with dealing with them.
We wanted a nice clean multi colored fence and we got this beauty.
So very happy! It took 3-days 2 days to install and he came back the 3 rd to make sure they cleaned up.
When we decide to do the other 170 feet we will be calling Jose Millen back to complete it. Great job gentlemen.

My fence is gorgeous! Jose did an amazing job! He will look at your space and give suggestions even if it means he may make a little less on the job. He wants you to be satisfied. I will be using him for more things!

Jose and his team built a vinyl fence for me and my husband. Jose and his team were extremely professional from beginning to end. i was given a bid and Jose checked with me throughout the entire process, making sure there were no changes i needed to make. They were on time every day. They were very clean during the project. Jose kept in contact with me throughout the entire building of the fence, which took about 3-4 days. I would definitely recommend Millian's construction ! They will not disappoint!

Jose was exceptionally professional with the quote he provided down to the work completed. When you dont have your own handyman or trusted professional it can be nerve wracking looking for one, wondering if you made the right choice for your project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair on prices.. i hope customers take some time and realize how expensive materials are or tools rentals when needed...and how expensive tools are for the trade...sometimes you get what you pay for...there is no price for knowledge....
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to teach some of my knowledge based on their project and what does he or she have to look for when they get more qoutes.... i try to comply with their ideas and provide some of mine when they ask me .. overall i like to make them feel comfortable so they open up and ask more questions..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started general construction since 2005. After that i enrolled in a program in the trade as a painter in AGCA santa ana ..I completed the program to the end .. later i join a state recognized program named ABC in sylmar to become a certified electrician... i completed the program as well.
