I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and 3 Little Birds Event Planning! She is an absolute master at what she does!! She offers complete, 1 month, and day-of wedding planning, as well as all sorts of event planning, i.e. baby showers, parties, etc. I went with "Day-Of" and Jessica went above and beyond, helping with various steps in my planning process. She was always easy to reach and responded promptly with any and all questions that I had. She constructed the wedding timeline and offered dozens of suggestions to make our day truly special and perfect. 3 Little Birds also offers party rentals at very competitive prices, including a client discount! Needless to say, I ended up renting what I needed from them. Jessica and Dustin did such a fantastic job! Our venue decor was perfectly set-up, with every detail carefully though out. They made our day run smoothly and practically stress-free. Jessica was there every step of the way and took care of any issues as they arose. She made sure all formalities were done as we wanted them, directed our wedding photographer, attended to us personally, made sure our vendors were paid and tipped, and even stayed around afterwards to help break down the rentals. All in all, our wedding was pure magic and it was all thanks to Jessica, Dustin, and 3 Little Birds Event Planning. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family for all future events.
I hired Sierra Madre Catering for my husband's 40th birthday party held at my home. The set up process was so easy, they were so accommodating with the menu I wanted (even though it included fried foods and philly cheese steak sandwiches which are hard to make on-site). The moment they got to my house, Tonya and her chefs were so professional, speedy, on top of it all! They made my night so much easier and fun and I finally got to enjoy my own party for once! They left my house very neat like my kitchen was never used! They picked up after my guests throughout the night. My favorites were inside-out Philly cheese steak, pulled pork sliders, mac & cheese, potstickers and garlic fries. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you again!
I had the pleasure to experience the food and service of KMR Gourmet Catering in different occasions. The service and quality of their meals are first class. It really does not matter if the event is private, corporate, public and/or family parties. Kenia is an awesome host, paying always close attention to the smallest details and presentation. On another hand the delicious, healthy and good looking creations of Chef Rivas makes it always special and tasty. Thank you for the good food and memories! Ricki throws the greatest parties! Her events leave no detail untouched. Everything is perfect. And the best part is how much money she saves. Ricki and Special Event Genie have been doing events for my business group Wildfire Networking for several years now. We have annual holiday parties with sit down dinners and dancing to a DJ. Always gorgeous decorations, great food, good drinks, and at least 100 people. Ricki also arranges quarterly cocktail parties we call "mixers" and scores some great locations around West Los Angeles for us. The Valentine's dinner event was an incredible night of 17 courses of the most delicious and savory food!! We invited another couple and they have become instant fans. I recommend booking Chef Jeff for any private parties, catering events or weddings.
I reached out to Nicole and her team for a client who unfortunately fell through (their loss!). Nicole was very attentive, enthusiastic, and delivered in a timely manner. I hope to work with her and her team in the near future, as I was very excited to bring One Last Frog for this project.
Michelle was an unbelievable support system on my big day. She did everything from organize my vendors, timelines, bridal parties and set up, cut and arranged my flowers and all of my deco. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She was amazing!!!
BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.
Mari has put together many parties for me with a wide variety of themes, but the first and most important one she arranged was my engagement party. Mari impressed me with her discretion, creativity, and attention to detail. Subsequent events I have hired her for or watched her put together included a Harry Potter dinner and trivia contest, a National Treasure party, A Charlie Brown Christmas and a Dr. Seuss costume party and dinner. Each were huge successes. She's amazing!

I absolutely loved my party because Iris was there to take care of everything, including the cleanup. There was an abundance of delicious appetizers and her crew served them to our guests as well as made and served the drinks. We have heard from several people how beautiful and delicious everything was. We'll certainly call Iris for our next party!
Karen came through big time in helping me put on my wife's 50th Birthday Party. The outpouring of compliments are still coming through from all of the guests in attendance. Not only being very professional, Karen's attention to the details made the difference in an extremely successful party. From the Photo Booth, Pictures, Layout, Venue... Karen kept me informed prior and during the party, keeping a very calm demeanor throughout... very professional! I would definitely use Karen again if needed and would highly recommend to anyone needing an event planner.

John/Perry is our go to event planner. They have produced numerous parties for us over the past few years. Mainly for personal dinner and holiday parties. A Hawaiian themed holiday party was easily set-up with tables and floral linens, Mai Tai drink machine, Sushi station with our own sushi chef, and amazing lighting turned our backyard patio into Waikiki. John & Aurelio were always responsive, had all deliveries on time. The Event Checklist they use and the Day Of Production Agenda shows you are working with a top-notch event agency, not a solo event planner. And their pricing always competes with the solo planner. We have mixed emotions about them being on Thumbtack. We don't want others to discover them!!

Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband. Jackie is one of the sweetest, most creative people I have met in this industry and I would recommend Deuce to ANYONE who is planning any event or party. It’s worth every penny spent. CJ has been my go to DJ for years now. I first met him at a work function and I haven't used anyone else since. CJ is always on time and stays a little longer when needed with no hesitation. Friendly and fits right into whatever theme you have going on. Music is always inline with what you want. And I may be wrong but I believe he even drives 45 min to an hour to play my parties....such a trooper. You can't go wrong!! Audrey and Ante
