My husband and I hired Sherine Zaza as our day of wedding coordinator for 3/4/17. We had most of our planning and designing already done by the time we hired her (2 months before the big day), but she gave amazing suggestions that were so helpful! She became our point of contact for our 7 different vendors (which was a task in itself) for me to create a wedding timeline, get paperwork signed from them for our venue and relay any questions they had. She definitely eased our mindset that everything would go smoothly. The night before our wedding, Sherine called us down to our reception venue to show us a surprise she had been working on...her and one of her assistants had designed a rememberance table of all of our lost loved ones. My husband and I lost it...it was so beautifully designed with flowers, twinkling lights and a sign. I (the bride) had recently lost both of my parents, so seeing pictures of them right in the center, along with our other lost family members gave me a sense of peace. She will never know how important that was to us. I can't thank her enough. Like I said earlier, we didn't hire Sherine for her decorating services, but if this was just a small glimpse of what she can do...I would highly recommend her for decorating your next event too! On the day of our wedding she brought an assistant with her, Lauren, who was also very sweet and professional. Any question we had or last minute thought the morning of, they were on it! They even had little headsets to communicate between my two venues. I thought that was pretty cool. Everything went so smoothly, I honestly can't even think of anything we would've wanted differently. What I think we loved most about Sherine was that she went above and beyond her duties. After the wedding, while we were on our honeymoon out of the country, Sherine had contacted us to let us know of all of the loose ends she had tied up with our venue and vendors. I guess things were missing, forgotten, needed to be returned ASAP, etc. and she took care of everything so we wouldn't be bothered on our honeymoon. We knew nothing about all of this until we were told everything was taken care of. This definitely shows what a good person she is both personally and professionally. We would definitely recommend using Sherine as your wedding planner/decorator/day-of-coordinator!
