Introduction: I have been playing professionally for about three years. I have taught for more than five years and have been playing for close to 18 years. My family is full of jazz drummers, and I am highly informed in all genres.
I want to give my students the ability to read and write as well as gig confidently. I want to give my students knowledge about the drumming they love and wish to give them the secrets to the best drumming possible.
I play at a very advanced level but can teach beginners, too. I have a lot of books/materials that I use as resources. I am a recent graduate of Musicians Institute in Hollywood.

I had a class with Chris and it was totally inspiring mind opening. We played on his studio for more than an hour and he showed me very interesting concepts about rudiments and how to apply in music. You can learn the base rudiments in a book, but Chris really nows how to use in the drums in a musical and inspiring way. Besides that, he showed me concepts about timing that I didn't had contact with other teachers.
He's very creative on drums and has a good method for teaching it.
