Egor was my savior. He gets my highest compliments for responsiveness and professionalism while giving me an actual meeting time that he was early for. This was even more impressive as so many people were leaving for the holiday weekend. He answered my call for help within minutes and was at my home the next morning at 7:45. Egor and Vlad had a difficult drive to our home because of an accident on the freeway that backed up traffic so they couldn’t arrive at the exact time of our appointment, but they sent several texts apologizing with adjusted ETA’s and photos. I’ve never had any contractor keep me updated like that. I truly appreciated it and it was so professional.
They did a great job cleaning all our ducts, our dryer vent and the blower in the attic. I was also shown photos of the ducts and the blower. They also showed me and explained the procedures they used during the cleaning process with related information and answered questions I had.
They were very professional and worked continuously. Now I don’t have any concerns about our ductwork, blower and dryer. They did great work and I would highly recommend them.
