We have a Yowza elliptical that was in desperate need of repair. I discovered Thumbtack and through that App found WeFiks Everything. Mani gave me a reasonable quote to fix the machine and was at my house the next day to do the work along with his colleague. They disassembled the elliptical and showed me the damage that years of usage had done “under the hood” so to speak. It was necessary that they take the whole front vertical pillar with them because the metal had cracked from fatigue and needed to be soldered. Unfortunately this kind of soldering necessitated hiring a third party capable of stick soldering. Mani checked with me to see if I was comfortable with the additional cost before he authorized it. I was since nobody could have foreseen this metal crack that had been hidden inside a plastic case before they took it apart. Two days later Mani and Mohammed were back, they put the whole thing back together and my wife tested it out (she and my daughter are the primary users). It was good to go and she has been back to using it daily. Originally the machine cost probably something like $2500 - $3500 and we got it probably 8-10 years ago. I figure that in the midst of this pandemic when we are all watching our spending if they bought us another year or two before we have to replace the elliptical altogether then the price of the repair was well worth it. Thanks, guys. I would definitely recommend WeFiks Everything.
