Chimney inspection was basic, though the report consisted of a verbal run down & a simple check point list written by hand. No real write up of info from the inspection. The crew took photos but I was never sent anything. Chimney 'cleaning' involved vacuuming the fireplace & a short amount higher up from the base. I really could have done that myself & saved $200. Actually cleaning the chimney was quoted at hundreds of dollars more. Guess I should have done more due diligence before hiring.
