In many cases we find the service of their equipment is simply not cost-effective, the equipment concern they're having is easily resolved over the phone with support, or the repair the unit requires is easy enough to be resolved by the client themselves. In these cases, many service companies will simply arrange a'diagnostic service appointment and gladly accept your money for stating the obvious.
Contrary to this belief, we spend what amounts to hours every year on the phone with these customers in order to provide education on their piece of equipment, the current concerns and to provide the most efficient options for their situation. The reason we continue to make this our policy is we believe that when we are able to assist people by providing our industry expertise, we in return maintain an energy of transparency and perpetuate a level of unmatched professionalism that carries over to all of our business operations.
