Joe was my personal trainer for six months. After too many years of not exercising, I started working out with Joe in summer 2015. I was out of shape, uncomfortable, and quite the project. With Joe's guidance, I was excited to work out every time we met. He taught me how to have fun and work hard while getting healthier. He's knowledgeable, makes me listen to my body, pushes me hard (but safely), and always made me feel like I could get to where I wanted to be. He gave me a ton of confidence, and the momentum I needed to keep working hard when he wasn't around. He's serious, but also funny and kind, and I found him a perfect combination of motivation without making me feel intimidated. I went from a size 16 to a size 10, improved muscle tone, flexibility, strength, and most of all, I'm just really happy. I'm working out almost every day because he made me love it. Highly recommend for any level of fitness.

Joe is by far the best trainer with whom I have worked. Among a long list of outstanding characteristics, is Joe’s attention to detail focused on how an exercise should be done. For example, any form during a squatting exercise won’t suffice unless it is done correctly. Throughout an exercise cycle, Joe gently nudges me to make slight alterations to my form. I highly recommend Joe.

Joe has been an amazing trainer for me, helping me push myself to the next levels while giving me information I need to know what to eat and how to properly recover. He’s got an insane amount of knowledge of anatomy and nutrition, and I never got bored because the workouts would constantly build and change. Unlike other trainers that focus on regular gym movements, Joe’s programs have dynamic, twisting motions that translate to being not just stronger but also better at all non-gym activities.

Joe is truly an amazing coach!!! His professionalism and knowledge of body mechanics is remarkably on point.
