They did an excellent job...the place was done from top to bottom all new remodeled kitchen bathrooms living room also all new flooring everywhere you step...I recommend them by the way ...I have no idea how to put a link but on zillow.com my condo 1444 w 227th st #9 Torrance ca.90501...there is an open house this Saturday may 20 th 2023... it's a 3 bd. 3 bath 1188 sq.ft it also has a pantry and storage area 2 floors...here are some pics.

Ivy Builders are luckily for me close to my home in Santa Monica, a family friend recommended this company and I was in awe with their new remodeled kitchen and bathrooms! The tiles in the bathroom are nice and glossy and a great red color that just popped and i knew i wanted my bathroom liked theirs so I called Travis and Ivy Builders to fix up my bathroom. Their services were so wonderful I was happy to have booked them. They sure have exceeded my limits, if I could id rate these guys more than 5 stars!

Travis, Nick, Zak and their entire team have transformed my house- I love it. They have helped me every step of the way with planning, permits, design and the build. They are very communicative and throughout my last year working with them I felt well informed and in good hands. Not to mention they are so kind and considerate- they are like family to me now. I appreciate the safety measures they put in place during the pandemic. I always felt safe. I also continued to live in my house while the kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom we being remodeled. If you're looking for a job well done with great project management/oversight then you should talk with them. Shoutout to Tal who kept on top of the various phases of billing and change orders. Looking forward to my next project with them!

Hiring Ivy Builders was the best thing I could have done. Travis the specialist they sent came to my house in the first day knew exactly what he was talking about. Took notes, pictures, and listened to my concerns. He's been a part of the process and helped me with all the questions and requests I had during the job and after they finish ! I'm so happy with my complete home remodeling ! High quality, class, and excellent customer service. I recommend them and will definitely go back to them for my future home remodeling! Just like the saying goes: it's hard to find a good remodeling company. But we got lucky with Ivy Builders! We used Travis and his crew a little before Covid 19 hit (back in January 2020) to remodel our 1970's old kitchen. During the whole kitchen remodeling Travis and his men had made it Super Easy for my husband and I --from designing the kitchen, different options of the kitchen cabinets, to different colors of the countertops. They even brought sample kitchen materials for us to see at our house to choose-- This really helped us save some time driving around to different places checking out materials. We were so happy with the result of our new kitchen and how hassle free the whole kitchen project was. We even added new flooring and bolted down our entire house. Thanks to Ivy Builders we were able to live comfortably during the whole stay at home Covid-19 quarantine. Now Fast forward to now, after a couple of years of using our new kitchen I called Travis to come back and help us relocate the kitchen air vent from one spot in the kitchen to another spot . And Travis agreed and honored his kitchen remodeling guarantee of ONE yr and relocated our air vent for FREE! And the next day he sent his guy Guillermo and took care of it right away! I honestly loved how quickly Travis worked his magic for his customers and his workers always does an excellent job! I am truly thankful that I found Ivy Builders on our first remodeling project! This company is a One stop shop for remodeling newbies like us, who wanted to remodel their house but doesn't know how/where to start. I highly recommend Ivy Builders for anyone that is thinking of remodeling their house, Travis will take care of you.
