Introduction: I am not only focused on helping others achieve the physique they want, but encouraging and educating them to create healthier lives for themselves overall. As a competitive bodybuilder I have a lot of experice in "body shaping" but I also learned how the efforts many use to gain their desired body, leaves them broken down more often then not. I want people to not just look good, but feel good as well! I also work a lot with injuries and imbalances, all with the end goal of being optimally healthy and high functioning in every aspect of the clients life. I love that I get to be witness to someone elses change and progress, their steps towards a healthier life. I honestly love working woth beginners because so much change and progress happens and it often goes far beyond just getting a better body.

After one telephone conversation with Michelle I knew she was it (and at this point I had trained at one time or another with 7 different trainers). I had requirements of a trainer that were essential for me to find, they were 1) someone that was educated in the foundations of training, especially anatomy, bio-mechanics and nutrition and 2) someone that would not allow me to stagnate in my training and would adequately push me forward in a healthy way. It was clear that she was knowledgeable, understanding, and truly had a passion for training. Michelle literally said "My goal is to be the best trainer possible". This can be hard to find as the pendulum in LA swings from trainers that are entertainers trying to make a living, to trainers that cannot demonstrate to you what they are asking you to do, to trainers that are really only in it to train their own body. I was sold. Michelle's training is technical. This is imperative to good training to prevent injuries and get results and I adore her for this. The best compliment a trainee can get is when they are on the gym floor (at the Mecca of Bodybuiling no less) and another trainer compliments YOUR trainer on the instruction she is giving you as being "very thorough". This actually happened in one of my sessions. With her technical approach she is able to push you to limits that you didn't realize you could achieve. In addition to the time spent on the gym floor, Michelle is the first trainer I have worked with that will check in to help track and motivate you through the process outside of the gym. She is always willing to make training packages or plans that fit her client's needs. Overall she brings care and consideration to each client's personal needs. For anyone that is looking to a place to begin their fitness journey, to expand on their a fitness journey, to recover from an injury or limitation, to feel strong, to eat better, or whatever is your motivation to seek a personal trainer Michelle is it. She is fun, friendly, diverse in her knowledge and training techniques and can get you results!

Michelle changed my outlook on health and fitness in ten weeks time. I was ecstatic to have lost over 15 pounds in a short amount of time, as well as gain strength. I became confident in the gym because of her knowledge and excellent training sessions. I have never looked or felt better! I will continue to train with her indefinentaly. Highly recommended.

Michelle Martonick is absolutely amazing! Her work ethic and dedication to creating the beautiful physique she has also shines through when working with her clients. I have nothing but great things to say about Michelle. Not only as a trainer, but as a person. When we first started training together, she really took the time to listen to and prioritize my goals, and give me specific ways of how to achieve them. Working out with her is an actual enjoyable experience, and she continues to motivates me with personalized workout routines when I'm not able to train with her in person. I can already see and feel a difference in my body, and the fact that she is willing to work with me financially is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Michelle to anyone wanting to be a healthier and happier human being.
