Introduction: I practice the Ida P. Rolf Method of Structural Integration, a hands on bodywork system that manipulates fascia, improves structure and coordination, and improves energetic movement through the body. Fascia is the soft tissue that holds together everything in our bodies and by addressing adhesions and imbalances in the facial network, the body becomes organized. I have worked with everyone including office workers, graduate students, professional musicians, performers, dancers, bodybuilders, and athletes in need of attention specific to the movement patterns of their sport. Receiving this work was a turning point in my own life and I am excited to share it with others and bring as many people as possible into alignment.
