- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having a clean home on a regular basis is a luxury you can afford. Coming home to a clean place after a long day at work is a great gift to yourself and/or family. You walk in the door and it looks an smells clean and fresh. All done while you were at work. Leave instructions for entry, come home, send payment to Venmo. We try to make the contracting process as seamless as possible. My Room Makeovers are a very economical way to get a room transformed using what you have. The more rooms you do—the lower the cost. Room redesigns are budget friendly and you get a lot of bang for your buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For cleaning jobs, it is understanding what is important to the client. Which rooms need more or less work? Is there a room that needs extra attention—please let us know. For a redesign project, my first consult is to meet with you, see your space, and then identify your priorities and schedule work accordingly after we have agreed on a budget.
