Inner Remedies

Introduction: I founded Inner Remedies 11 years ago and since have been consistent in offering a great deal of care, integrity, understanding and results to each person with whom I have the honor to work. I enjoy the process and so do clients who receive warm and care filled service. I have developed my own method, The Grace & Ease Method (GEM), that works very quickly and consistently to create remarkable results. GEM includes the wisdom of modern science and ancient healing modalities including energy medicine to guide people easily toward greater ease and wellness. I take a very whol-istic approach which means that the whole person is considered in this work, rather than only working with the conscious and subconscious minds. Energy medicine offers the perspective of seeing the wholeness in any person first and gently guiding the individual back into experiencing it again for themselves as healing, well-being, health, harmony and ease. My work offers a clarifying and re-integration of the mind with body, emotions and spirit. What I love most about the work is seeing people thrive and succeed as they are moving from fear, limitation, anxiety and pain into freedom to share their gifts and talents. I remember several months ago, working with a woman who came to me crying and shaking in so much fear because of a transition she was about to experience with her boyfriend. After a few months working together, she initiated this transition with confidence, ease, kindness, and courage. It was incredibly rewarding to see her progress.
