We were literally on our way out of town when one toilet started leaking from the base and another wouldn’t flush—definitely an emergency. Within minutes of submitting a request on Thumbtack, they called and texted me, and had a technician at our home in under an hour. It turned out tree roots had infiltrated our pipes, making it a much bigger job than we expected. Miguel, our technician, was outstanding. He was thorough, honest, and took the time to clearly explain everything at every step. Despite hours of work on a Friday evening, he stayed until he got our water back up and running, then returned first thing the next morning to finish the job. He did everything to code and after opening multiple walls, everything looks better than previously. Walter does an amazing job at demo, drywall and priming/finish paint! He did an amazing washer/dryer conversion (hot/cold water, drain, cabinet work, and heavy duty floor) for my apartment building. Highly recommend Andy's Plumbing! All at a very fair price!"See more

They did the work on the spot. Also had another issue with a shower leak and ask if he could ck out. Anthony had no issues checking and fixing that also. My job for him was to replace my old toilet and to our surprise there was more damage to the area which would need more attention and work under the house due to aging and damage. He eaxplained the issue took pictures for me and explained thouroughlyvwhat needed to be done to fix the issue. I appreciated the fact that he gave me the pros and cons of replacing the toilet and making sure the damaged flooring under the toilet may cause a worse issue if it is not repaired properly. He explained clearly which really made a difference."See more
