Jose is a very nice guy. We got along with him very well. He texted me whenever he is coming early or coming late. But lately, he forgot his appointment with us. So I texted him to know how he was doing. I am glad he was okay. I told him because of the situation we are in, I will let him know when I will need his help. We like Jose very much. He is very easy to get along with. He just did a good job with us one time and would like to keep him.

Jose did a very thorough job with getting our property back to a groomed place after we bought our house and there was a period where weeds where sprouting up. We will continue to use his service for maintenance. He's very responsive via text.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project and the length of time services are needed. Our prices are general but we are always willing to work with people where they are at. We are fair and will work out a compromise when it comes to pay, without compromising on the quality and level of service. We encourage our customers to become bi-weekly or monthly customers. Lets grow together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate straightforward communication. Just text my personal number @Three 2 three 9 seven seven, 9 two four 3. Avoid the bureaucracy and get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A in Agriculture along with 3 years of Organic Farming Experience. My partner also has a Agriculture degree and has help run his families landscaping services for 9 years. We have teamed up to create our own landscaping and gardening services.
