Jose came to the property and assessed. He was not intimidated by a most unruly weed situation, including a much in need of repair irrigation drip system. The front and rear yards are large. I am talking about no easy task. Once I accepted his reasonable estimate, he began the job. He knew what needed to be done, and he did it. I am very satisfied. This is going to be an ongoing effort and hopefully a lasting relationship. It is most difficult to find a gardener of this degree of knowledge and commitment Most anyone can walk behind a mower and command a weed walker. Jose’s Community Landscaping is so much more. Jose did a very thorough job with getting our property back to a groomed place after we bought our house and there was a period where weeds where sprouting up. We will continue to use his service for maintenance. He's very responsive via text.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project and the length of time services are needed. Our prices are general but we are always willing to work with people where they are at. We are fair and will work out a compromise when it comes to pay, without compromising on the quality and level of service. We encourage our customers to become bi-weekly or monthly customers. Lets grow together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We appreciate straightforward communication. Just text my personal number @Three 2 three 9 seven seven, 9 two four 3. Avoid the bureaucracy and get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A in Agriculture along with 3 years of Organic Farming Experience. My partner also has a Agriculture degree and has help run his families landscaping services for 9 years. We have teamed up to create our own landscaping and gardening services.
