Before I started working with Victoria, I was at a job where I was comfortable and complacent, but without any desire to grow. I was also unhappy knowing that I was getting paid at the low end of my job salary range. Instead of doing anything about my low pay and boredom, I began to grow resentment at my situation.
With Victoria’s advice on mindset change, I stepped out of my comfort zone and moved to a new area, taking on a higher role as a director in my field. Because I am a creature of habit and prefer doing what I am familiar with, taking a leap to make a change was very difficult. She encouraged me to see the opportunities I would gain, instead of focusing on the comfort and routines I’d be leaving.
Because of the shift in mindset I have practiced, I now challenge myself to grow every day and never settle for average. I am making a six-figure income and have gained recognition in my community, continually getting referrals for new clients. Thanks to Victoria, I am now able to see and take advantage of new opportunities instead on avoiding them for the sake of being comfortable, which helps in all aspects of my life.
