- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on my package services. I also have a subscribe and save option on my website for those who enjoy weekly massages. I also am willing to work with clients on my travel fee for those who book outside of rush hour traffic. 🙂
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask before starting if there have been any past injuries. Additionally, I focus on areas that you would like extra attention on. If you have neck and back soreness, but no tension or discomfort on your legs, I don't waste your time on massaging areas where you don't need attention. I find it a more constructive use of our time focusing on areas that require healing. If there are areas that are too sensitive for me to work on, I offer energy healing in those places instead. I love taking clients into a deep meditative and Trance like state for optimal healing and repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Healing Arts Dojo, Los Angeles and have worked with multiple healers. A lot my work is also very intuitive.
