I am a stressed out TV Producer and Adam's class was exactly what I needed. He was easy to understand and follow, and when I had questions he gave me a lot of personal attention to make sure I was doing things correctly. I left the class having gotten a good workout, and felt much more at peace. I wish I could take from him everyday! Beyond it being a healthful experience, he really created a mood in class to go a little deeper, which I appreciated.

Adam is my all-time favorite yoga and meditation teacher. His wisdom, intuition, and creativity make for only the most positive, engaging, and (appropriately) challenging private and group classes. His warm, professional, easy-going attitude always makes me feel extremely comfortable. And if you like to incorporate music into your practice, his playlists can't be beat! Highly recommended, extremely talented teacher!!

It was such a pleasure working with Adam! I set a goal to get into Crow pose and with his help and encouragement I succeeded! He was very prompt with scheduling and also flexible. I would highly recommend anyone to Adam; from a beginner yogi to a more experienced, he is super knowledgeable and hands-on.
