Alex and Robert were awesome they came packed all our stuff disassembled our furniture moved it unpacked and reassembled everything all in under 3 hours without damaging a single thing other companies quoted me 5-7 hours I’m so glad I found upgrade moving will definitely use them again

Alex and Robert’s team was so meticulous in how they packed my stuff into crates (it was going into storage). Every piece or furniture was wrapped in and taped up. All of the guys were friendly and hardworking. Thank you again! Will definitely work with them in the future!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was born into the moving business all I remember for toys as a kid is dollies, blankets, tape and any moving supplies you can think off started helping doing moves right after high school and have been doing it ever since for the last 20 years

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    We recently completed 4 bedroom home move from Santa Clarita CA to Peoria AZ in a total it took us 3 hours to load 7 hours to drive 2 hours to unload we finished everything in one day charged our client under 1,700, every rate they got before finding us was over 4,000 dollars we charge less then what it would normally take to rent a 26 Foot box truck witch was what our clients move size required. For a trip that far 26 foot box truck to Arizona from Penske U-Haul or any other major truck rental company costs 1700 just for the truck plus fuel witch would easily be close to another $400 dollars because we have all of our own supplies and trucks we are able to offer rates most can not in the moving industry.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Their is a lot of advice that I can offer unfortunately all of it would take to long to write. But the main thing is PRICE make sure that you and whoever you hire have an understanding on the amount you will be spending their is a lot of untold fees in this business that don’t get brought up until the end that is something our company takes pride in not doing we are 100% percent honest and never change from the price we give and number 2 is make sure you hire someone that truly has experience lots of people say they have it but don’t so quiz them on their knowledge before hiring them
