- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are all inclusive for Local and Cross country moves. When you request quote from us, the price rate that we provide for your move includes: Movers, truck, dollies, blankets, plastic wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes, floor protection, insurance, fuel/truck fee, mileage, taxes, tools. If you want to request full packing service, which includes (dish paper, bubble wrap, boxes etc.) that would be additional cost based on the amount of bedrooms you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How we do Long Distances? We offer end-to-end solution for you or your business 1st step: When you contact us, we will provide you estimate with price and how many movers, packing materials needed for your project. 2nd step: You pick moving date, we put you on calendar and send you confirmation email. We don't require deposit, so we will follow up with you 1 week before moving day to make sure everything is set. 3rd step: At the loading date, our movers come and pack everything for you, disassemble furniture if needed, and loading the truck. Movers will bring loaded truck back to our parking. 4th step: As soon as the truck back to the parking, our driver starts driving right away (usually overnight drive), driver will contact you to introduce himself and let you know about ETA and all the updates/unexpected delays he might have during his drive to your destination. 5th step: At the drop off date the driver will call you 30 mins prior, about his arrival. Since we did many long distance moves, we have local professional moving teams in each big city throughout USA, we're settling unloading help with them. Our driver and local team will meet you right at your new place. After they finish unloading truck, walk through your furniture to make sure there is no damages, sign a contract, payment and that's it! Woohoo!

As an experienced owner of the company with 8+ years in industry. We understand the customer most common needs during move. The most focus we do on training our team to avoid any type of damages. Our movers knows how to handle extra fragile items, how to pack it in the boxes, wrap it in blankets, disassemble furniture, reassemble furniture, protect your mattress, floors, walls etc.. We understand how stressful it is to move and when you don't know what to expect from movers. So we train them to protect your household goods with the best way. Also we train customer service side, not only over the phone/email's, but the movers too. It is a big priority for us to make you feel confident, safe and in good hands with us. So once you meet our movers, expect only good attitude, smiles and jokes from them.
