Kiavi The Trumpet Player

I’m Kiavi: Roman-born and Los Angeles-based, I'm a producer, artist, multi-instrumentalist, and mentor. I’ve been involved in music since age 4 and a lover of sound since birth. I began playing the trumpet at age 9 and was conservatory trained at USC Thornton School of Music. I was headed down the path of jazz trumpet when I started experimenting with producing my own music. This got me in touch with music and my own creativity in a more pure way—beyond genre, beyond my imagination...my horizons on the trumpet began to expand in a similar way. I've been creating and producing for the last decade since and trumpet has remained central to my expression through it. I love this instrument and love supporting musicians and artists in deepening their own relationship to it and capacities with it. It will be my pleasure to teach and learn from you.
