Introduction: Personal Mission Statement: I constantly develop and master my unique talents so that I can provide for well beyond my basic needs by focusing on my core desire: bliss. I aim to live a vibrant simple life while honing skills to align with the philosophy "be the change you wish to see in the world." I aim to cultivate balance; listen, love and respect my body; uphold integrity and take full responsibility for my actions. In a world where just being alive can cause cancer, we need to take every step to be sure that we are setting ourselves up for a healthy future. As a health coach and nutritionist, I am sharing my knowledge with friends, family, strangers and loved ones. In all of my research, I like to share topics ranging from exercise, sleep, food and medicine to travel, love and wellness. I don't believe in popping pills; that is too easy. Success takes specific goals, dedication, hard work, a support system and positive feedback. Life is a journey best enjoyed at optimum health. Let's commit to a healthy future. We must start at the root of all problems: food. What you put in your body is vitally important to health and wellness. Movement is the basis of emotion. Master your body's intricate ability to utilize it's structural genius, and you will soon begin to understand your emotion. Once you begin to understand your emotions, then you are better able to identify and act upon habits that stem from emotion. So with that in mind, we will look internally at our own movements to find where they connect to our emotions.
