Introduction: Organize to Excel was founded by Katherine Macey, Ph.D. in 2006. We are a professional organizing company that specializes in helping working mothers in the home and office get and stay organized. We provide hands-on organizing sessions and coaching for individuals who are sick of being overwhelmed and are ready to change. Katherine and Nicole are both members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and of the local Los Angeles chapter. Katherine was the president of the NAPO-LA Board for the May 2010-2011 term. She is committed to providing you with the best the industry has to offer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge by the hour. We can work just one-on-one or teams of 2-4, depending on the needs of our clients. For packing/unpacking jobs we have a minimum of 2 people. We do offer discounts for pre-paying bulk hours, and packages for continuous maintenance throughout the year. Contact us for more details!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We do a free phone consultation to make sure we are the right fit for you. We discuss your goals, pricing, and scheduling, and explain our process for getting you organized. At our first session, we dive right in.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Nicole is a Certified Professional Organizer as accredited by NAPO (the National Associate of Productivity and Organizing Professionals).
