Larry M. says, "I hired Nathan from Ivy Builders to remodel and update my guest bathrooms and my kitchen. From the start Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me a lot of his design help and background when shopping for all the finish materials. I was quoted about 8 weeks to complete my 2 bathrooms and kitchen (full gut remodels) with permits inspections etc. and we were right on track, 8 weeks and 5 days to be exact! The crew was very professional and surprisingly clean. They were some unexpected items that came up in the course of construction but Nathan and the Ivy builders team were on it and transparent about the changes and the costs that came with it. Overall, my entire experience with Ivy was nothing short of excellent. I will be hiring them hopefully next year to remodel the final room in My Home the master bathroom, I highly recommend you give these folks a try, they will not disappoint!"See more

One reason I chose Astonin Construction is that they were able to do all of these home repairs and I only had to deal with one person which was very convenient for me. The quality of their work was excellent. They started the project on the day they promised and finished the project two days earlier than the 3 week estimate they gave me. I really like the attention they paid to small details during the project. When they painted the exterior of the house, they had someone go up on the roof and paint all the vents and pipes on the roof. I didn't ask them to do this, they just knew it would look better that way. Also, I changed my mind about some details of the project, in the middle of the project, and they were still able to finish the project early. By far my best home repair experience!"See more

He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time Ecosmart Development & Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Elija and Ecosmart Development & Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life.
