- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel fees are as follows: $Free remote work. $Free: Per 0-15 miles from 90019 $0.50/mile: Per 15-30 miles from 90019 $30 flat fee 30-60 miles from 90019
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For every new customer, I provide a free 15 minute consultation to get an idea of your needs. I will create a mood board or timeline of events based on our conversation that includes all the details we discussed. If you’re happy with the plan I be drafted, I will provide a copy of our plan upon confirmation that you would like to move forward with my services. You will then be given a timeframe to expect completion. And then you can sit back and relax.
