Even though we love to cook, we chose to use Carly's Kitchen when life got super busy for both myself and my partner. We both worked late and instead of creating conflict in the evening over what's for dinner, we decided having some pre-cooked meals ready to eat would be perfect for us. Carly prepared us 2 cold meals per week and 1 re-heatable meal which was perfect for us. The food was always delicious and she listened to feedback about our flavor palettes and what we enjoyed the most! We were also prepping for our wedding so having healthier options on hand made it super easy for us to meet our nutritional goals. I also loved that Carly gave us tips about how long everything would last and made recommendations about which we should eat first. Carly is awesome, the food was amazing, and I highly recommend!

Nobody can cook for a dinner party like Carly! As an event planner, I've worked with many caterers and chefs, and Carly is the cream of the crop. Her food is not only absolutely delicious, but thoughtfully presented. Carly herself is absolutely wonderful, highly professional, and extremely attentive to every detail. Hire Carly! Carly’s food is amazing! She makes greens delicious and her pasta and fish dishes are among my favorites. She also promptly responds and is reliable. I highly recommend her if you are looking for help with weekly meal prep or a personal chef.

We've used Carly's Kitchen several times and each time has been excellent. Years later, my wife still talks about the fish stew she made. Carly is prompt, responsive, and professional. When she prepares a meal for you, it feels like eating with family.
One of the things we love about the meals Carly makes is that they are always fresh and healthy, and also delicious. Even the veggies on the side are amazing, like her turmeric carrots. My wife has a lot of food allergies/aversions, but Carly is great about accommodating.
I'm also impressed with her ability to remain calm at all times. My wife loves to plan big events and she always uses Carly's Kitchen. Last year, my wife threw a huge Easter egg hunt and brunch for 30+ people, and the only thing that kept her sane was having Carly around.
Overall, 10/10. Book Carly and you won't be disappointed!
