I do not know even where to start about Chef Emily! From the first moment I contacted her, I felt like we could be friends! She was professional, quick, creative, and SKILLED beyond measure! A day after we jumped on a call of what I was looking for, she emailed me a detailed sample proposal of 3 options, costs, and an expansive menu of food to choose from. I was very attracted to her menu being a vegetarian there was endless vegetarian and vegan options! I endured some hick ups with the venue kitchen and she was so kind enough to help me work through it and find a solution! She also introduced me to the most awesome rental company! The food and presentation was BEAUTIFUL and exceeded all of my expectations! All our guest where telling us was how amazing the food was! She made my special day effortless! Not only was the food savory, the customer service, communication, SHE IS THE WHOLE PACKAGE!! Featuring a photo of us chowing down! :) I cant thank you enough!
