My passion for food came at a very young age.
My family had several French restaurants in Europe. I was always in the kitchen helping with something.. I started giving cooking classes t the age of 17 and just grew my repertoire by traveling the world and being curious and exploring with new foods and ingredients. I created a Catering and Event company .
My approach to food is a healthy and fresh one, Farm to Table , Organic ingredients and a little love in every dish :)
