I'd like to check all of the boxes as she fulfills all of them.From the moment Portia Facetimed me to assess my closets, I knew she would be the one to bring some order to my cluttered closets. We communicated several times about my needs and she was always professional and understanding of my anxiety. When Portia started she pointed out in a kind professional way the importance of letting go of things that are taking up space and not being used.Portia touched every item in two overstuffed closets and asked " keep" or "donate". I was unable to do this alone and her approach resulted in freeing up space and she was able to arrange all of the remaining items in two closets by colors, lengths, winter, summer, a few keep sakes. Shoes, purses, night wear all have a place. I highly recommend Portia, it's well worth the price to be able to see your clothes without plowing through trying to find things. I found a brand new outfit that I was able to wear on Easter Sunday. Treat your self for some order to your life and bless someone with items you aren't using. Portia is an amazing organizer.

When you contract with "Changing Spaces with PORTIA" know you're in for such a refreshing experience - Quality Work ethic, Professional and super-Knowledge of the industry - truly amazing! Her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She thought of everything. The days she was in my home made a wonderful difference and got me incredibly organized. My next project is to tackle the family living room and my bedroom, but why would I do this on my own now? Def bringing Changing Spaces with Portia aboard. I will certainly refer her to family and friends - no brainer.

I thought I was an organized person. So my Portia came over to help me with my bedroom my thoughts were what could be so different Other than making it look clean. Man was I wrong. I found out the way that I had things set up were difficult. For instants my husband and I shared a chest of drawers and a dresser, when really I should have had the chest of drawers and he should’ve had the dresser. Or vice versa. Just making that little bit of change I could feel the stress lift off of me. I’m a mom of three so I have a lot on my plate. Then we moved to the end tables and finally my closet. She had my side of the closet looking like a boutique. My favorite being a heel placed on top of my bag. My bedroom looks the same as it did when she left . I think it’s because what we did made sense and it was manageable. Working with Portia is liberating. It felt freeing. I have more energy to tackle other rooms in my house like my kitchen. I can’t wait to have her back for another project.

    My pricing is based on a minimum of 5 hours per project per day. . Complimentary assessment are available for 20 minutes. Virtual appointment are being consider as an option to clients.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    For all new clients we start out with a complimentary 20 assessment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    None, experience is my teacher. Even though I just started my organizing business I’ve been doing it for years for friends and family.
