FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly and varies based on project details and number of team members required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with clients, I start with the end goal first. For example, in your wildest dreams, what would this space look like? Feel like? How will the space be used? Who will use it? These questions are answered through virtual or in person consultation. Then, with this knowledge, The Ross Way provides a proposal detailing the plan of action to meet the clients goals. We accomplish the client's goal by: First - Pulling Everything Out Next - Group, Categorize, & Sub-Categorize Then - Edit: what to Keep, Trash, and Donate Finally - Contain & Store
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been spatially aware, a gift I attribute to ballet. Then as a teen I became obsessed with always knowing where and how I placed my belongings, a gift I gradually perfected as a result of being the youngest of three girls. As an adult, I've continued to exercise these talents no matter the space I was in. As a hobby, I began helping friends and family transform their homes into meaningful and intentional spaces by decluttering and putting systems in place that would be easy to maintain. As a result of the pandemic, everyone began spending more time at home and realized the need to organize and declutter. Thus, The Ross Way was birthed.
