Love training at this facility it’s clean safe and the trainers there really know what they’re doing. I’ve been to other gyms but none compare to this gym. They take the time to work with you which is really great for someone who is just starting to work out. If you go there ask for Steven he’s the best. Looking forward to getting in shape with the help of The Beck Effect Training.

Steven is the best! His workouts are very personalized to fit my specific needs and he knows how to get me to work hard without making it feel like boot camp. I always look forward to training with him and I love his energy. He has me feeling bomb too!
