- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client i started to observe their posture, strength, flexibility, and their balance. From there i know where and what i need to work on. Once they perform better in those areas, then i will push them more depending on their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal trainer, specialized in weight loss, toning, fat loss and muscle building. I'm also certified in Kinetic Integration where i work on how to perform on a right form, avoid injuries and muscle strengthening. I compete in fitness and im living the fitness life and i know what it takes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into fitness when i was overweight, i hired a trainer, and now i help people to reach their fitness goals and i compete in fitness.
