- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
60 minute sessions 1 Session - $150 5 Sessions - $675 10 Sessions - $1400 Rates depend on the distance traveled Serving clients at a location of their choice or a private personal training studio in Downtown Los Angeles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We'll start with a free 15-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any concerns or questions you may have. This helps me get to know you better and ensure we're aligned before moving forward. Introductory Session: Next, we’ll schedule a complimentary 45-minute introduction session. During this time, we’ll go through a fitness assessment, discuss your health history, and do some light exercises to see how we work together. This session is all about finding out if we’re a good fit and ensuring you’re comfortable with the approach. Customized Plan: If we decide to move forward, I’ll create a tailored fitness program based on your goals, preferences, and any specific needs. My focus is on helping you achieve sustainable results through a personalized plan.
