I have been working out at the Perfect Workout for three months & I have honestly never enjoyed exercising more - make no mistake - it is the most intense & difficult 20 minutes you can imagine & yet I look forward to it every time. I leave there feeling on top of the world thanks to my personal trainer Cadet. He is the most caring,knowledgeable, encouraging person ever. He carefully pushes me beyond me beyond where I think I can go. I am 63 years old & have had 4 joint replacements in the last 6 years. I was looking for an exercise program that helped me regain my strength & confidence. I love this group of trainers so much!!! They are all so helpful and professional and I really enjoy getting to work with different trainers because they all bring a special set of coaching to the table. This is seriously the "dream team." I love working out at the West LA studio. Everyone is so friendly and I always get a stellar workout no matter who I'm training with. The workout is intense but it's only for 20 minutes. It fits perfectly into my day and I feel like I get the results I want training there twice a week.Feb 14, 2019
The Perfect Workout just makes sense! It's time efficient, safe, and has been the most effective workout on transforming my body. I know I will be able to do this workout for the rest of my life without wrecking my body... you can't say that for many other methods of exercise! The trainers are incredible too. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are currently offering a 3 for $75 ($25 each session) special with no obligation. If you are interested in training further with us our 1-1 packages vary depending on the length (3-12 months), frequency (1-2 times per week), and region. Depending on the package, price per session/workout ranges from $47-$85 with several options in between. A prewritten text and email with studio-specific detailed pricing breakdown is sent before your Introductory Session to review in advance so you can walk into your 1-hour Introductory Session workout with a plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Your Introductory Session includes an hour of 1 on 1 instruction with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. We use Nautilus machines calibrated for Slow-Motion in a private, clinically controlled environment, to help you stayed focused and safe during your workout. Your personal trainer will customize a workout for you based on your health history and fitness goals. During your workout, your trainer will set your machines, track your weights and times using a tablet. Then refer to your progress charts to adjust your next workout and keep you accountable. We offer complimentary nutrition coaching and generous rescheduling policy, plus when you travel you can workout at any of our 60+ locations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our trainers complete an extensive Slow-Motion High-Intensity Strength Training Certification program that includes 5 written test, 3 practical exams, and several hours of in location, hands-on studying. All trainers maintain a current CPR/AED Certification by the American AED CPR Association.
