FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training sessions are typically one hour and range from $60 to $80 per hour based on travel distance and number of clients per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free initial assessment to determine if there are any physical imbalances or dysfunctions that may hinder physical activity. It's also very important to me to create a dialogue with a new client in order to learn their specific goals and begin to address their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to exercise. Then the process of finding the movements and workouts that each individual will best respond to can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a personal trainer through the highly regarded National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, I also hold their title of Corrective Exercise Specialist which focuses on correcting muscle imbalance and movement deficiency.
