Training with June has been amazing. I tend to ask a lot of questions about routines, but June always provides a thorough answer which makes the training session insightful. The workout routine is great as well. The pacing is good with an extra push on each routine to ensure you are getting the most out of each workout. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or want to seek improvements, I would highly recommend training with June.
