At JW Training, there are two ways to get started you can purchase sessions individually or choose a monthly package. If your schedule tends to change week to week, individual sessions might be the best fit since they give you flexibility without a set commitment. If you’re able to train more consistently, a monthly or 3-month package provides more structure and accountability. These include personalized workout and nutrition plans, consistent check-ins, and ongoing support so you can stay on track even outside of our sessions. Both options are built to fit your lifestyle whether you’re looking for flexible coaching or a more guided, long-term program.
