Introduction
Greetings! I am a certified personal trainer, but I have more to offer than the average trainer you see at corporate fitness facilities. I know how to help people build strength or mass, lose fat, and even make people get in a good workout properly, but I pride myself more in my other specializations, which include the following:
Stress management
Posture improvement
My style of training is a hybrid of functional, strength and bodybuilding, but I cater towards long-term health. I have observed that many trainers skip steps in regards to real wellness, so I feel that I have much more to offer.
In a world where we have been put in a state of dysfunction since childhood, our body dysfunctions go unnoticed throughout life, which make us adjust to those dysfunctions and can't figure out why we have chronic pain in our knees, hips, back, shoulders, etc. I know how to correct posture and help alleviate and manage, if not eliminate, chronic pain. Mental stress is usually a case for these issues, and I know how to help that.
