FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Training is a commitment that requires time to yield genuine long lasting results. Buying sessions in bulk reduces the per-session price significantly to encourage your ongoing commitment to your goals, but one-off sessions are always available if you're still testing the waters. Tired of training with rigid scheduling through your gym? I offer fee-free rescheduling up to 1 hour prior to the appointment time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients start with an assessment session. This session is used to discuss goals and determine the how I can best help you achieve them. This session $60. If you decide to continue with training, then it will be credited towards your first purchase!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and certified nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition Coaching. Additionally, I have a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology.
