Introduction: The Fit Connection difference is in the attitude we bring to our work. We are PROFESSIONAL trainers. We take our work seriously and our only goal is to get you the results you need. That means challenging, integrated workouts involving many different forms of training (where necessary): pilates, weight training, conditioning drills, powerlifting, balance training, speed drills, kickboxing, plyometrics, aerobic training, stretch work and many other techniques to help you get the results you desire. We do not take one single workout approach and apply it to everyone. Every person we work with is unique. That means every person we work with needs a unique workout tailored to their unique personality, their unique ability level, and their unique goals. We are not only there to push our clients, we are there to support, motivate and educate as well. Paul is by far the greatest! I’ve been training with him for a couple months now and have seen drastic results. I enjoy the workout/ diet that he has put me on and it has been working. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments too, so that helps. Hahaha. Paul is extremely attentive and SUPER knowledgeable about fitness and give you insights to certain tips that will help you reach your goals. Workouts with Paul are awesome and I feel great after completing them! I definitely plan on training with him for as long as I can because the results that I am getting are just too great!

The reviews don’t lie. Paul is the truth! I told him I wanted to workout and get lean. I probably should have been more specific, but honestly, I don’t have a desired body type in mind. I just want to be active and fit. Well like they say be careful what you ask for or at least be prepared for it. And I wasn’t ready at all. I was sweating and short of breath 5 minutes in. Yes 5 minutes in. Your boy had done let himself go and was out of shape, but that’s going to change. I’ve been training with Paul for about a month now and already starting to see improvements in muscle and strength gain and my overall performance. The workouts are intense, but rewarding. I’ll write a follow up in about 2 months.

Paul Harvey is an EXCELLENT personal trainer and person. He cares about the growth and development of his clients. He develops workouts which fit the individual client as opposed to a cookie cutter routine. He takes the time to get to know the individual and learn his/her goals. Paul is encouraging and makes the workouts fun. I look forward to my sessions with Paul. I've lost fifteen pounds in two weeks! I highly recommend Paul Harvey.

Without a doubt Paul represents the very best of trainers. He is 100% present during every minute and somehow memorizes every detail of your particular needs adapting the workout so you get maximum results. He knows how to get you to push yourself without raising his voice not to mention he’s a great guy. I feel bad for anyone who needs training and hasn’t had this experience.

Amazing! 2 weeks I lost a few pounds and inches Friday month lost 3% bodyfat . By 2 months “currently in” I see a huge difference in my backfat and muscle building I feel stronger in everything he’s great

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our typical process with a new customer normally encompasses a weigh-in, where we take bodypart measurements, bodyfat measurements and track their weight. Additionally, we sit down and discuss their nutritional intake and how it can be modified to suit their goals. If necessary, we give nutritional plans as well. Lastly, our workouts start with a slow buildup. We push our clients, but only to the degree that they are capable of being pushed. Normally the acclimatization period lasts a few weeks and our clients are up to speed and can do more challenging workouts.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are nationally certified and are also certified in CPR.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Paul and Donna both came to personal training from a lifelong love of sports and fitness. Our passion has become our desire to help others reach their goals. We constantly strive to give our clients the tools, guidance and push to achieve everything they desire.
