👋🏽My Name is Rose Sow aka Rosemotivates and I am a Personal trainer, Athlete, and Fitness Content creator (Blog and Youtube).

Helping my clients reach their fitness goals by implementing workouts and nutrition habits to be able to hit their goals, get results, feel amazing inside & out, and feel confident with the ultimate goal to maintain their results over time.
As I went through my own transformation from being extra skinny to toned and strong, I grew a huge passion for fitness and helping other women feel strong and confident. Because of my own experience, I understand the personal fitness journey and struggles you might face and I have created methods to set realistic goals, track them, and reach every milestone that will take you to goal! Planning and motivation are key to reaching every goal in fitness (and life) 🧠💪🏽
I am a motivator at heart, my soft pushes, and music, will help you crush your workouts one at a time👏🏽
I will be with you every 👣 of the way because I study and understand the link between mental health and fitness and the well being and level of enjoyment of all workouts will be my top priority.☝🏽

1️⃣IN-PERSON TRAINING
- I offer in-person training at HYPE FITNESS SILVER LAKE or at your place within a 2-mile radius of Silver Lake, DTLA, and Echo Park neighborhoods.
- I have 3 years of in-studio personal training experience, and an ACE-certified personal trainer and my goal is to help you find the fastest & SAFEST way for you to reach your fitness goals with personalized nutrition guidance, workout program, and exercise technique/form.
Whether you want to lose weight, get back in shape, or tone up, I will help you push yourself to the next fitness level, I work with you and start you off at your fitness level. I develop a customized workout program designed for your specific goals to maximize results in a fun and effective way online noting what you like to do and what you do not enjoy doing.😉
2️⃣NUTRITION SUPPORT
I give you access to a 4-week sample diet program (all diet types), nutrition organization tips for your lifestyle, access to nutrition guides
✔️ ONGOING SUPPORT
I am available to you on non-training days by text to keep you motivated and hold you accountable, and most importantly if you have questions to make sure you are getting RESULTS💪🏻

- Bring the workout to your home
