I offer low cost services with many different payment methods. My outdoor camp is not a bootcamp, however, a sports performance camp with different types of work out equipment, fun drills, and team play. What I love most about my job is being able to assist people who are looking to make some self improvements, whether it be for health, general fitness, competition, or simply for a better physique.

Just had the first session with Triston and he was great. Very professional, thorough and understood exactly what my daughter needed to focus on to be ready for high school sports tryout. Excellent first session!

I've been working out with Triston for almost 6 months and in that time have lost nearly 25 lbs. Besides dropping the weight, I feel better than I have in years. I am happier during the day, I am encouraged to eat clean, and after years of sleeping problems, I sleep better than I have in years. From basic stretching, to warming up, to making sure you give it everything you've got during the intense part of his work-outs, Triston is unbelievable in making sure that his clients perform with the right form, and with the maximum effort. He is encouraging, inspiring, and I have never left a session feeling as though I have gotten anything less than the best possible workout. I have tried numerous amounts of diets, workouts, and trainers, and can honestly say that I have never been happier than the results that I have received from Triston. His expertise, encouragement, and overall knowledge of how to get the most of his clients is unsurpassed, and I couldn't recommend a trainer more. Do yourself a favor and make the commitment to your health that only Triston can provide -- you and your body will be thankful.

I've been training with Triston for close to six months. In that time, he's been the model trainer - on time, motivating, charismatic, instructive, and fun. Triston always ensures the exercises are done in the correct form and modifies exercises as needed to accommodate injuries. Getting up at 5:30am to work out isn't easy but knowing that Triston is expecting you for a challenging work-out makes me get up and get out the door. I never regret a work out with Triston and my arms have never looked better.

I have loved working out with Triston for the past few years. He is everything you need (and want) in an instructor.......knowledgable, patient and tough. The workouts change daily and you always walk away with a sense of accomplishment. You will sweat, you will hurt but you will be happy. It doesn't get much better than that !!

Let's face it - no one likes it and everyone knows they should. But exercise is a linchpin in attaining good health and overall well being (diet and sleep being the others). I have belonged to a number of gyms and the story is always the same: after a few months, watch the $$ pour out the door. However, for the past 4 years, I've had the good luck to train with Triston -- as much as I scratch my head over it, I really do look forward to his workouts. He pays attention to each individual's abilities and needs - modifying the workout accordingly. You get the attention you want - but not so much that you're self-consciously hoping the session will end!! My fellow workout companions come in all sizes and shapes -- none of this SoCal Hollywood "look at my fantastic body" (and Lululemon outfit) attitudes here! No, everyone is very nice, easy going, and I suspect they are like me: grateful to have found Triston with his expertise and care. He really helps you get in shape for the right reasons: better health and well being. Thanks Triston!
