- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by scheduling a free consultation in order to better understand the fitness goals of the client. We then tailor the best plan of action for optimum results. When that has been settled we decide on the best time slots for training. I always make sure I stay on top of my client's progress and the game plan created. I am great at motivating my clients so I use this to my advantage
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NASM CPT certification, alongside a bachelors and Masters degree.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years ago I was in the worse shape of my life. Although I was always an athletic guy in high school and college, I fell off heavily, due to different reasons. Thankfully I was able to bounce back and I have been in love with fitness ever since. Since then, I've always wanted to help and assist others to achieve their fitness goals. I find joy in making my clients achieve their desired physique. It is more of a passion and a rush of excitement, helping and watching people hit their fitness goals just like I did. I have a very great physique which I am happy with considering where I came from. I have placed it on myself to help people as much as I can because it makes me tremendously happy!
