Hey! My name is Courtney Alexander. I'm a mobile/traveling personal trainer in Los Angeles. I'm in the business of helping my clients achieve sustainable habit and body transformation. I was apprehensions on working with a personal trainer since I have certain medical conditions which prevent me from engaging in certain activities. Courtney, was able to work with my limitations which was a great relief. He showed me how to properly do certain movements, movements I've been doing incorrectly for years, and now don't have pain anymore after doing them. He has a wealth of knowledge, if you're on the fence I definitely recommend him.

I feel like I struck gold with this personal trainer. From the moment we started working together he took the time to understand where I was physically and psychologically in my fitness goals. He not only tailors my work out to my weak areas but gives a well rounded session each time. And in between sets and exercises we talk about my eating, my life stressors, meditation, daily affirmations, sleep, water intake, and troubleshoot my weaknesses. His insights into my habits when I’m away from his, is just as valuable as the lessons he gives when we are together. He’s knowledgeable about many acute and chronic health conditions and if he doesn’t know, he looks it up and brings new information the next session. There’s always time as well to talk about non fitness topics which is engaging and uplifting and just plain fun! You’ll feel like you have a friend, not just a personal trainer. A friend that will push you to be stronger and more disciplined to live a healthier life and feel better every day.

Courtney is an awesome! He takes the time to get to know your goals (training and nutrition) and customizes a plan accordingly. He definitely challenges me which I appreciate, he’s not easy, he’s good and knows his stuff!! He is always punctual and his communication is always clear. Courtney is not afraid to correct my form (even if he has to correct it multiple times lol). I highly recommend Courtney to anyone trying to get or stay fit!

He was amazing! Every workout was different, he targeted muscles I forgot I even had! Not only were they productive sessions but they were surprisingly fun too. 10/10 would recommend.
