FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer training in flexible packages of 4, 8, or 12 one-hour sessions. The 4- and 8-session packages are $95 per session, while the 12-session package includes a discounted rate of $90 per session. Your first session is a complimentary consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, assess movement, and create the best plan for you. Packages make it easier to stay consistent, track progress, and see real results. I also provide customized programming and ongoing support outside of sessions at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a complimentary consultation session. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, get to know each other, review your health and injury history, and complete a basic movement assessment to understand your current fitness level. From there, I design a personalized training program tailored to your goals, abilities, and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Kinesiology from Bryan University, a Physical Therapy License from the state of California, a Nutrition Science Certification from Stanford University, and an ACSM Personal Training Certification. I also bring over 12 years of experience working directly with clients, helping people improve their health, manage pain, recover from injuries, and reach their fitness goals.
