Brent S. says, "We started talking about a kitchen and bathroom remodel in May. Getting our general contractor in to just give us a bid and then getting it took weeks. Then we were nervous about the bid, because we were concerned about it not being the true cost we needed to budget for. Additionally, we had time constraints, we needed the kitchen fully done by Halloween as we were expecting a baby in early November. With the clock ticking, we started shopping around and called IMD home design. Tony was assigned to us and he came over just a couple of days after my initial call. I got a proposal the very next day. It was comprehensive, included all the details and cost for each item, all of my options and their costs. What I particularly loved was, 1: it was competitive price wise. 2: all inclusive package. Meaning I only had to work with Tony and no one else to make my kitchen&bathroom happen. When you're talking about remodeling your kitchen in times of covid and have a set deadline because you're 6 months pregnant, these things matter. I still had to get certain things, obviously, choosing colors, selecting and procuring backsplash tile, hardware, the new sink and the appliances. Everything else I didn't have to worry about. It was awesome to not have to worry about coordinating the teams and timelines. We got started August, and finished about 5 and a half weeks later. From demo to brand new kitchen AND bathroom. The work was done quickly and well and the house is rejuvenated. Tony was very responsive to my messages, communicated promptly and timely, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the finished space and the quality of the work. We're so thankful that in these times where something like this could have been pushed to 2022 due to covid complications we were able to find IMD to complete the project drama free, on time, and on budget. Would 100% do it again. I'll for sure call them back if we need additional work. For now, we enjoy our brand new house and thank Tony for all his hard work in helping us re-design and coordinating all the work."See more
