Second company told me it would cost a minimum of $1800 and both said they if I wanted to move forward, they couldn't do the labor on the spot - that I would need to schedule appointments for them to come back to get the job done. He showed me the pictures of the attic and basement. They showed that raccoons were there, He told me to find a handyman to cover the hole on the roof, but we did not know anybody, but he found a handyman to cover a hole on the roof until roofers came to work. He told us that it was better to put new insulation, so we did. His crew did good job to put new insulation. Besides they covered all holes which mice or wild animals may come in. These were done when Sean was on vacation, but he contacted a foreman to make sure everything was done. After his vacation, he came to check no raccoons nor mice came in. He showed us pictures of after insulation was put. I recommend The Attic Cats for raccoon problems and/or installing new insulation. We had the best experience with this company."See more
