When I started looking for a trainer I didn't know what to expect. I need someone to both sympathize and push me to succeed. I am in the military and have a PT test coming up. I also have multiple injuries I am working through and could not be more impressed with Mike. He is very understanding of how much stress injuries can put on a PT test and he has been nothing but encouraging and motivating so far. I've never looked forward to meeting with a personal trainer like I do with him!

Mike is definitely someone worth while. He definitely puts really good quality into his work. I've been with him a month now. He is very hands on and will explain things in numerous ways to help you understand. The difference between him and most trainers is he cares about your eating habits and practice outside the sessions as well as the actual sessions. I honestly think what he offers at the price he charges is a great deal. I look forward to working more with him more.

Mike was good and took time to explain the science behind what he was supposedly to help me with my fitness goal.He did not care even if we went over an hour(my scheduled time) which is a very good start. He pushed me very hard till I gave up and could not go further.So he kept me motivated all throughout my session with him. Hope, I can achieve new heights working out with him.

Mike is great! I see my results and I am ecstatic to show them off this summer. Mike is a great motivator and super cool guy. He will help with anything from setting your goals to helping you understand your diet. If you ever feel like you hit a wall he will help you to knock it down and go further. He is not treating and very personable. I look forward to my sessions with him.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?This has been what I have wanted to do since I was 9 years old. I'm fortunately to do what I have dreamed of all my life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I like to focus on the essentials of fitness as a whole. Mentality, proper nutrition, technique and challenging people to get what they want out of it day in and day out.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for someone with passion and drive. Knowledge, certificates, cheap prices, expensive prices do not make that trainer better or worse. Their love for what they do will ensure a better experience and results for you as the client.
