Sara and her team did an excellent job with our building’s multi-family laundry room flooring, which involved removing linoleum and installing porcelain mosaic penny tile. Our Building Engineer and I met with a few other contractors and knew we wanted to work with Sara immediately. Her team was professional, responsive, and patient with our property manager and Homeowners Association’s requirements. Demolition was clean, the project was completed on time, and within our budget. The new tile flooring was installed with great detail and care. Sara is direct, transparent, and trustworthy, which I appreciate very much. I would wholeheartedly recommend American Icon Builders.

I'd recommend Sara and team strongly for any project within their scope. We worked with them on a tile remodel of a kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. After receiving multiple quotes, they seemed competent, fairly priced and professional. After meeting with them for an estimate, they were proactive about design advice and even provided options for tiles that might fit our aesthetic well - but were not pushy and also met our price range. We ended up going with pre-purchased tiles which they arrived promptly to pick up and then started the installation. The install was delayed a day but we weren't in a rush so that was no issue on our end - and they generally finished the job on time (+/- a day) and most importantly within the budget and constraints. Sara was available for all questions (there weren't many) throughout the process and also offered to connect me to members of her network (plumber, trim installer) if needed - but again, not pushy about it which was much appreciated. The quality of the work was high, they took care of any odds and ends for the job and I would definitely work with them again. See before and after photos to see the real magic!

She is a very responsible and has a very organized and professional team. The price is very reasonable. Even though I live in an apartment on the third floor, they covered everywhere from elevator to my unit .Even though our building has its own rules, they are very professional and respect the rules. They installed hardwood in my 1,800 square feet of 4-bedroom apartment They did the best and I would recommend them to everyone without any issues

Sara and her team did a great job on our project which was a large home improvement project with different stages. Her initial quote was more than fair, she has a can-do attitude and showed a lot of flexibility and was patient without bumping the initial estimate. I would highly recommend her 10/10
